Book and Article Reviews: What We're Reading
Simply an opportunity to invite participation by members of the community through soliciting their reviews of relevant books, etc. This should be very easy for a loose group of volunteers to pull off. Posted by Louis Rosenfeld at November 02, 2001 04:02 PM

One thing to keep in mind - a more formal organization sponsoring book reviews can often get review copies from the publisher. So while we can start with people interviewing books they've already bought or were planning on buying, a more formal publication venue can let us review a wider number of books, and let people get some reward for reviewing.... Posted by Jess at November 12, 2001 6:24 PMFolks interested in writing reviews should contact the folks at the forthcoming Boxes and Arrows journal, where there will likely be a reviews department. Thanx Posted by Sohail Ahmad at February 14, 2002 10:47 AMI recently updated the reading section on elasticspace. We desperately need a community review writing resource, even just a few words of introduction are enough to give a little context.
